All sessions must be paid in advance to confirm your booking.

Payment is required at the time of scheduling.

Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received.
لا يتم تأكيد الجلسة إلا بعد استلام الدفع.

Accepted payment methods will be shared upon booking.

Packages (if applicable) must be prepaid in full unless otherwise agreed.
الباقات (إن وجدت) يجب دفعها مقدمًا بالكامل ما لم يتم الاتفاق على غير ذلك.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your time and commitment are valued, and the same respect is extended to all clients.
نُقدّر وقتك والتزامك، ونحرص على احترام وقت جميع العملاء.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
يجب الإبلاغ قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل في حالة الإلغاء أو إعادة الجدولة.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged in full.
في حال الإلغاء قبل أقل من 24 ساعة، يتم احتساب قيمة الجلسة كاملة.

Missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable.
في حال عدم الحضور دون إشعار مسبق، لا يتم استرداد الرسوم.

Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to availability and may not be possible.
إعادة الجدولة خلال 24 ساعة تعتمد على توفر المواعيد وقد لا تكون ممكنة.
Late Arrivals
التأخير عن الموعد

Late arrival will result in a shorter session.
في حال التأخير، سيتم تقليل مدة الجلسة.

The session will end at the scheduled time, and the full fee applies.
تنتهي الجلسة في موعدها المحدد مع احتساب الرسوم كاملة.
Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable once the session is confirmed.
الرسوم غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد تأكيد الجلسة.

Exceptions may be made in emergency situations at the therapist’s discretion.
قد يتم النظر في الحالات الطارئة بشكل استثنائي وفقًا لتقدير المعالج.
Therapist Cancellation
إلغاء من طرف المعالج
If the therapist needs to cancel or reschedule:
في حال اضطر المعالج إلى إلغاء أو تأجيل الجلسة:

You will be offered a rescheduled session, or

A full refund will be provided.
